This Holiday Season Gateway Chevrolet Supports Toys for Tots

Gateway Chevrolet Supports Toys for Tots with a Camaro Car Show, Raffle and Toy Drive in conjunction with Arizona All Gens Camaro Club and The United States Marines on December 11th 2010

Gateway Chevrolet and Arizona All Gens Camaro Club  is supporting Toys For Tots, a charitable organization supported by the U.S. Marines Reserves, whose mission is to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters and assist them in becoming responsible, productive and patriotic citizens. 

 There will be a lot of activity taking place on Saturday December 11th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to help us reach our goal of collecting 2500 toys.  To help us reach that goal we would like to invite you to visit our event to see how so many people even in troubling times can pull together to help the less fortunate.

The activities include a barbeque along with the All Generation Camaro Car Club Show including some celebrity Camaro’s being displayed by Fesler Built Muscle Car customs. All in all there will be over 30 Camaro’s on display.  The Marines will also have representatives here to support our goal.  There will be a raffle for some really cool Chevy stuff and services.  Including but not limited to:  Free oil changes, a Chevy Leather Jacket a custom Camaro Heritage grill donated by Fesler built, Chevy Clocks, puzzles and night lights just to name a few.  All proceeds going to the Marines for Toys For Tots.

KTAR, your source for Arizona news, sports, weather and classifieds, announced that Valley Chevrolet dealers are partnering with Toys for Tots to help bring joy to children this holiday season.

New toys may be dropped off during normal business hours at any one of the 14 participating Chevrolet dealerships: Brown and Brown Chevrolet (Mesa); Chapman Chevrolet (Tempe); Courtesy Chevrolet (Phoenix); Freeway Chevrolet (Chandler); Garrett Motors (Coolidge); Gateway Chevrolet (Avondale) ; Henry Brown (Casa Grande); Power Chevrolet (Peoria); Power Chevrolet (Superstition Springs); Midway Chevrolet (Phoenix); Sands Chevrolet (Glendale); Sands Chevrolet (Surprise); Thorobred Chevrolet (Chandler); and Van Chevrolet (Scottsdale).

The donated toys will be picked up from the dealerships beginning Dec. 15 and distributed to area children in time for Christmas.
